1. Be responsible for the coverage activities plan, display activities plan, outstanding visibility activities 2. Follow-up and ensure the excellent execution of the coverage activities plan, display activities plan, outstanding visibilities activities plan as well as the adjustment to reach the objectives
3. Develop the channel trade promotions for different types of retailer types, channel as business strategy and approved budget.
4. Manage the channel conflicts to maximize the effectiveness of channel activities trade promotions
5. Evaluate the channel activities to have better view on the channel trade activities
6. Do the Sales forecast and channel activities to reach the business objectives.
7. Adjust the stock among the region, channels and analyze the channel/ distributor stock vs company's inventory to have a better trade activities
8. Conduct market visit to identify opportunities for category growth.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated of bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 5 YOE of FMCG field.
- Good at communication, logical thinking.
- Category management, Analysis Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Customer Service Foundation, DMS Deployment Experience, BI Power
- Influencing Skill, Good Leadership, Good Listening Skill, Good Negotiation Skill, Good Training coaching Skills, Good Motivation Skills
