Mô tả công việc
1. Product Promotion & Trade Execution- Support development and execute trade marketing programs with key accounts, restaurants, and retail partners to increase visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with sales and distributors to plan sampling, in-store displays, and promotions, etc.
- Track execution results and recommend improvements for future trade campaigns.
- Ensure product visibility and brand consistency across all trade channels
2. Brand Events & Partnershiprtnerships:- Lead planning and execution of brand events, trade activations, and co-branded collaborations to strengthen consumer engagement and brand visibility.
- Oversee the end-to-end event lifecycle - from concept development, budgeting, and production, to logistics management and post-event evaluation.
- Identify and negotiate sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with brand values and business growth strategy.
- Collaborate with event organizers, retail chains, distributors, and lifestyle partners to deliver impactful brand experiences that drive awareness and sales.
- Supervise PGs, activation staff, and external agencies to ensure flawless execution and consistent brand representation.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Production Executive for all event-related materials and merchandise production to ensure consistency in execution.
- Collect performance data and analyze ROI to optimize future campaigns and partnerships.
3. Brand Communication & Content Direction- Supervise creation of photo/video materials, key visuals, and event content that strengthen brand storytelling.
- Guide tone, style, and key messaging for campaigns and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Work with designers and teams to ensure on-brand execution across all channels.
4. Team Management & Reporting- Supervise and support the marketing team in execution, time management, and cross-department coordination.
- Oversee allocated marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Provide monthly performance reports covering events, trade results, and ROI tracking.
- Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Administrative Support- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Have a laptop is a must.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing (F&B/FMCG preferred).
- Proven experience in event/project management and trade activations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Flexible to work evenings/weekends for events.
- Creative, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset.
- Have knowledge of photography and basic skills in Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and outgoing.
