1. Job Purpose
Support the
Brand Manager in executing brand strategies with a strong focus on in-market activation, events, trade marketing, and offline brand building activities, ensuring effective execution across retail channels, key partners, and consumer touchpoints.
2. Key Responsibilities
Events, Trade Marketing & In-Market Execution
• Plan and execute premium events, exhibitions (e.g., Vietbaby Fair), workshops, and brand activations
• Manage end-to-end execution, including concept development, production, setup, onsite operations, and post-event evaluation
• Lead trade marketing and in-store activation activities at point of sale, including POSM, display guidelines, and visibility solutions
• Coordinate with agencies, distributors, and retail partners to ensure high-quality and consistent execution across all touchpoints
• Monitor and evaluate sell-out performance, in-store visibility, and promotion effectiveness
Project Management & Coordination
• Manage timelines and deliverables across campaigns, activations, and events
• Work closely with HQ, distributors, and agencies to ensure smooth execution
• Support contracts, vendor management, and payment processes
Market & Consumer Insights
• Monitor retail execution, competitor activities, and in-market trends
• Collect insights from stores, events, and field activities
• Support analysis of campaign effectiveness and consumer engagement

3. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, activation, and event management; experience in formula, nutrition, or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Willingness to travel frequently for events and market visits
• Flexibility to be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, depending on company arrangements
