Mô tả công việc
• Developing training materials, deliver online or classroom training programs, and evaluate effectiveness to boost product and skin care knowledge of our frontline staff
• Conduct field coaching to ensure consistent staff performance
• 50% of time in field for implement field training programs for shop staff, including day-to-day operating procedures, and customer service skills
• Support marketing events to promote company brands and products when necessary
• Support company events and staff communications activities when necessary.

Yêu cầu
• Graduate from University, College
• Having 1 year experience in training of cosmetic, beauty, food retail, FMCG
• Experience in the retail or service industry focusing on frontline training, interest, and knowledge in beauty and skincare an added advantage
• Positive mindset, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with colleagues at all levels
• Good language skills including written and spoken English and Vietnamese
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Having 1 year experience in training of cosmetic, beauty, food retail, FMCG
