Training Assistant (F&B)CÔNG TY TNHH VẠN XUÂN FMCG INVESTMENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Assistant will be accountable in the facilitation, continual improvement and administration of these programs, as instructed by the Training Manager.
These responsibilities include:
Identifying relevant training needs for all New Partners', in consultation with Training Manager and Operations team.
Training Plans for New Boosties, in line with training needs identified.
Supporting Training Manager in ensuring The Trainers are appropriately trained in meeting the standards and expectations of The Trainer role for each store.
Ensuring all training activities comply with all current business requirements for quality management, equipment use, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care
Organising and maintain all training areas
Development, reviewing and continual improvement to ensure leading edge training program content at all times
On the Job Training/Training Class
The Training Assistant is required to undertake specific projects in store to ensure consistency and standards are met. They also are required to drive the customer experience with all team members and coach leaders in achieving high performance teams.
Other Responsibilities :
Training Assistant is required to ensure there is continual training and awareness in the field regarding registered training sign-ups.
E Learning (BEN Global)
Support the Training Manager in planning, designing, delivery and assessment of Boost's.
Reporting, communication and general administration
The role of Training Assistant is to ensure completion of sign off forms, register updates and relevant reports are completed in required timeframes.
They are required to attend all team meetings.
