- Support the
HR Manager in establishing a training network according to the SCLG standard.
- Support the HR Manager in ensuring that every department has corporately developed Training. Lobster Ink has fully implemented these and ensured they reflect all hotel-specific policies and procedures.
- Support the HR Manager in Planning, designing, and delivering training programmes.
- Support SCLG DNA and brand immersion activities.
- Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices, and processes to improve the efficiency of the training services offered.
- With the support of the HR Manager, work together with department heads and analyze operational quality performance, and based on the results, provide a remedial training solution.
- Support the HR Manager in training and developing the Training & Departmental Trainer team members.
- Follow up with all Departments and make sure all training courses are recorded and sent to the Training Executive on time.
- Support the HR Manager in ensuring that the Training Monthly report is correctly completed monthly and the results are updated in the monthly Report.
- Lead by example and promote SCLG's core values.
- Support the completion of the Training Programs
- Promote and implement SCLG Training policies and procedures.
- Understand and strictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the employee handbook and to the hotel's policies on fire, hygiene, health & safety.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor Hospitality Management/ Law/ Human Resources or equivalent education
1+ years of experience in a training or instructional role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness.
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools (preferred).
