Human Resources Management
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the resort's business goals.
Supervise all HR functions including Recruitment, Training & Development, C&B (Compensation & Benefits), Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
Build and manage the annual manpower plan and headcount (staffing structure) in line with operational needs and budget constraints.
Prepare and control the HR & Admin budget, ensuring all activities and expenditures are within approved financial limits.
Maintain and update organizational structures, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.
Ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
Build and promote a positive working environment and company culture.
Advise the Management Board on HR policies, manpower planning, and organizational development.
Administration Management
Oversee general administrative operations: office management, documentation, company assets, security, housekeeping, and uniforms.
Ensure safety, hygiene, workplace regulations.
Liaise with government authorities for labor, insurance, and other HR-related matters.
Reporting and Control
Prepare monthly HR reports including headcount, turnover, payroll summary, and recruitment updates.
Monitor HR budget and manpower costs.
Propose improvements to HR policies, systems, and internal procedures.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role in a 4-5-star hotel or resort.
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
