Role Description
Responsible for all technical and customer service training for employees at store level with mainly in Product Training (65%) & Soft-Skills Training (35%)
Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
Manage training schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials.
Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
Oversee technical training implementation.
Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training and how it affects KPIs.
Partner with
Brand Managers and other stakeholder regarding instructional design.
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications or related area required.
At least two years of experience at same level in Training for Store Staffs with experience from Fashion Brands
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese & English
Good collaboration with Brand Principals & other internal functions (Store Operations, Merchandise)
Strong graphic design ability.
Thorough understanding of whole training processes.
Ability to moderate large groups.
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
