MISSION:
Develop and manage all the training program on multi channel and home delivery in order to bring essential competencies to the operations team, incresing the experience and customer satisfaction. Actively contribute to the achiement of the business strategic goals of the company.
ACTIVITIES:
1. Develop multi-channel sales training programs and e-commerce applications:
- Coordonate with online partners in order to design the effective training modules for the Operations team.
- Receive the transfer training from the partners.
- Directly design other training materials as assigned.
2. Develop the internal training team:
- Training transferred basic contain to the internal store trainers.
- Retrain staff and store trainers whon some applications or online versions are updated.
3. Training implementation:
- Organise training deployment plan for new applications and deploy all retraining for staff when some applications are updated.
- Coordonate with te region, deploy the extence announcement, adequate to the right participants.
- Control the progress and quality of the training program in charge.
- Directly deliver training module as assigned.
- Control the arrangement, storage of the training documents and data.
- Make all periodic training report (complitation rate of training, complitation rate of training time).
- Coordonate with Operationsin oder to ensure the training program suit with the training needs of stores.
- Communicate and collaborate with management levels in order to optimize the coordination between Operations and Training team.
- Coordonnate with the Marketing team to implement the operating process to operations team.
4. Assess the training effectiveness:
- Review the quality of the organization and the implemention of the training sessions.
- Oganize the survey of the partipants' satisfaction with the training program and training activities.
- Follow up and evaluate the participants' application of the training content to work: stores visit in order to observe the way how staff execute theirs tasks.
- Analyze the training result and propose the solutions to improve the programs, ressorces, evaluations tools and the implementation training methods...

- At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Good English.
- Having knowledge of Multi-channel sales and online applications.
- Having experience as trainer on digital and new technologies.
- Having specialised knowledge about online ans digital applications.
- Determine the training needs.
- Design effectively the training program.
- Design the training evaluation tools.
- Deliver training courses and evaluate them.
- Organisation skills.
- Organise the training evaluation sessions.
