Training Program Development and Delivery
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that cover guest service, leadership, and brand philosophy.
• Facilitate department-specific training in collaboration with department heads to address skill gaps and ensure operational excellence.
• Establish and oversee Departmental Trainer Systems to focus on job-specific skills, with trainers providing monthly reports on training progress.
• Develop and launch an Onboarding Buddy Program to guide and nurture new hires, ensuring smooth integration into their teams.
• Facilitate compliance and safety training by coordinating with local government agencies, third-party vendors, and regulatory institutions.
• Deliver engaging, practical training through workshops, e-learning modules, and in-person sessions, ensuring that programs cater to diverse learning styles.

Evaluation and Reporting of Training Programs
• Track participation, engagement, and completion rates for all training programs.
• Develop a Monthly Training Hours Report in partnership with departmental trainers to monitor progress and track training performance across departments.
• Conduct post-training assessments and gather participant feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with department leaders to assess how well training translates to operational performance, refining programs as needed.
• Analyze guest satisfaction scores, employee feedback, and performance data to identify areas for improvement and training enhancement.

• Organize associate recognition events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives to boost morale and engagement.

Compliance and Operational Alignment
• Ensure all associates complete mandatory compliance training, including health and safety, harassment prevention, and local government certifications.
• Work closely with local authorities, vendors, and government institutions to coordinate regulatory training and ensure full compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain up-to-date records of associate certifications, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with all relevant laws and brand requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure employees meet all necessary compliance, brand, and safety training benchmarks.
• Facilitate monthly safety drills, emergency response training, and sustainability education initiatives.

• Develop and manage the annual training budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet training needs.

Yêu cầu
Option 1: 2-year degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major, with 2 years of experience in a training or human resources-related role (certified trainer preferred).
Option 2: 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer (no prior experience required).
