Training Team Leader

We are looking for a Training Team Leader for our Group: 01 new HC base at HCM & 01 new HC base at Ha Noi

We are a Group including: VNSHOP, KARAVAN, PHONG VU COMPUTER and UMBALA, belongs to VNLIFE Group. HR Division, with more than 30 people, operates as shared service model and serve 4 companies with about 1500 headcounts

Key Responsibilities

- Directly deliver training for the target learners, including:

• Conduct soft skill training courses for office employees/ sales force with enthusiasm to help staff get developed, such as workplace communication, leadership skills, sales skills, customer service and so on

• Conduct HR part of Company orientation and culture training to ensure new comers adapt to our company culture in the efficient way

- Develop training resources for in-house courses with high standard.

- Ensure the training quality of training approaches (Online, Offline Class)

- Track the progress vs the training objective

- Handle/ Support ad-hoc projects such as E-learning project, or other assignments as per request
