Job Summary
- Responsible for the management and development of new business opportunity supported by product and cash management.
- Oversees the deposit management, product management, marketing and sales support for cash management solutions and deposit products.
- Drive innovation, strategy and product development for cash management solution to achieve the desired business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to enhance the Bank's product offerings.
Duties and Essential Job Functions
• Design product development strategy that is aligned to the bank's corporate plan by identifying new products and services to cater for new or enhanced business opportunity, improve efficiency or to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure suitability and applicability of new or enhanced products and services to the market and customers
• Cross sell cash management products and services to customers
• Build relationships with customers, as well as presenting products, services and offers for new and existing customers, including negotiating with customers
• Deposit mobilization
• Build the correct organization team to work with proper support structure, system and system infrastructure in order to meet the business objectives
• Provide business direction and work with Technology partners on project prioritization and deliverables.
• Oversees the end to end implementation of assigned projects
• Provide cash management product expertise to internal stakeholders
• Provide cash management training to front liners and support staff
• Participate in transactional related offerings, service improvements and marketing of complicated solutions
• Liaise with Operations units and participate in their process reviews.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Having same experience at other banks at least 5 years
• Excellent in communication, fluent in English
• Having marketing sales, negotiation and presentation skill
• Having expert knowledge and understanding of bank's product and business
• Having skills in data analysis and processing
