1. Transport Analysis:
Collect, consolidate, and analyse transportation data such as volume, cost, route efficiency, On-Time Delivery (OTD), etc.
Identify and analyse transportation network issues within the assigned scope and develop solutions to enhance overall transport operations.
Conduct cost analysis to propose optimal transportation models (cost-to-serve, routing, vehicle types, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery processes, reduce lead time, and enhance customer experience.
2.Vendor Management:
Source, evaluate, and select transportation vendors that meet operational requirements.
Manage SLAs and service terms with vendors.
Monitor vendor performance based on KPIs such as OTD, service quality, and customer complaints.
Coordinate performance review meetings with transportation vendors.
Propose strategies to improve vendor relationships and optimize outsourcing costs.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree preferable in Logistics & Supply Chain or related field.
Experience in transportation logistics or supply chain management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Analytical, keen to details.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong communication, negotiation skills and vendor relationship management.
Ability to handle issues effectively and drive continuous improvement.
Ability to work under pressure.
