Transport Coordinator

Location: Nhat Tin Warehouse, Di An, Binh Duong (No shuttle bus service)
Job Description:
Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and site procedures. Conduct safety checks and escalate exceptions as needed.
Allocate trucks, ensure on-time and in-full deliveries, monitor vendor performance, and resolve operational issues promptly.
Track delivery status, manage transportation documentation, report incidents, and support daily transport operations.
Collaborate on root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Foster a professional service culture, support compliance initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
College or University Degree
1-3 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation or Operations
Good English communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to work independently and collaborate with teams
