Transportation Executive

ABOUT YOUR ROLE (Mô tả chung về công việc) :
The Warehouse Team Leader ensures to supply material to production (both physical and in-Oracle system) timely and do finished good delivery to customer ontime everyday as request date. This individual leads warehouse team on daily activities effectively to meet performance requirements.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (Các trách nhiệm đảm đương) :
1. Transport Operations Management
• Manage transport prodiver sevice
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate vehicles to meet customer and internal delivery requirements.
• Monitor shipments closely to ensure they follow the correct routes and adhere to established delivery timelines.
• Promptly handle and resolve any issues or incidents that arise during transit, such as vehicle breakdowns or delivery delays.
2. Cost and Performance Control
• Analyze and optimize transportation costs, seeking out solutions to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Work with transport carriers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and service levels.
• Evaluate and maintain strong working relationships with our transport partners.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all transport activities.
3. Cross-Departmental Coordination
• Collaborate closely with the Warehouse, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless transport process.
• Provide regular updates on shipment status to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Participate in and contribute to projects aimed at improving our transport and logistics processes.
4. Documentation and Compliance
• Prepare and verify all necessary transport documentation (DN, packing lists, Invoice, customs forms, etc.).
• Ensure all transportation activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
