iLuv2Travel Vietnam is quite new in the market then we are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people to join our team. The people can help to get our name out to the public and establish the reputation travel professionals.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc;
• Diagnose the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services;
• Organise travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc; • Supply travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc);
• Collect deposits and balances;
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages;
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns;
• Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends;
• Create and update electronic records of clients;
• Maintain relationships with key persons;
• Keep financial statements and documents;
• Reach the revenue and profit targets;
• General marketing, promotion and social media maintenance; and
• General office administrative duties.
Yêu cầu
- Business Management or Tourism degree or similar tertiary qualification.
- GDS experienced at least 3 years is a MUST
- Extensive travel experience around the world.
- Excellent written and spoken communicate skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Competent in use of Microsoft office products.
- To be available to work flexible days/hours to accommodate travel shows and events or training as needed.
