JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Travel Performance Optimizer
Department: Optimization
Responsibility
Managing dozens of campaigns about travel & leisure, such as
Airline: Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet, Sun Phu Quoc Airways
Hospitality & Sightseeing ticket: Vinwonders, SunWorlds, Sun Hospitality, Tinh Hoa Bac Bo, Ky Uc Hoi An ...
OTA & others: Klook, [protected info], Traveloka, Agoda, Viet An Travel ...
Improving the campaign performance to meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
Basic working process: data analysis -> identify problem -> build up improvement plan -> propose to client -> close the deal -> execute plan -> data analysis -> identify problem ->...
We are not only optimizing Google AdWords or Facebook Ads, etc. but we also need to develop strategies to become the best Affiliate Marketing channels for clients in Vietnam and control competitors' performance
Negotiating with clients to get better conditions for the campaigns, for our publishers and for our company.
Teamwork with internal teams weekly to optimize performance campaigns (including growth (advertiser), publisher, technical - solution team, marketing, legal, office team (if any).
Maintaining relationships with clients aiming at improving ads campaigns' performance.
2.Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the digital marketing industry; highly recommended with Travel & Leisure experience or Travel Agent Operation
Especially keen on Travel: air ticket, tours, hotels ... & know-how about seasonal demand, route trip & customer behavior
To be a reviewer, fan page manager, Creator ... is an advantage.
Good English (must have).
Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills
Good analytical and logical thinking skills are a 'must.'
Task management skills & multitasking control
Positive attitude, fast learner
High responsibility for work is a 'must'
High-pressure capability: quickly grasp the problem and solve the problem effectively.
3.Benefit
Monthly income: 500 - 600$ (+Incentive)
