- Tham gia hỗ trợ thiết kế hoạt động nhóm, tình huống thảo luận.
Assist in preparing lesson plans, group activities, and case discussions.
- Ghi chú nội dung bài giảng, hỗ trợ trình chiếu, vận hành lớp học.
Take lecture notes, manage presentation tools, and support classroom operations.
- Giải thích thêm nội dung bài giảng cho học viên khi cần.
Provide additional academic explanations for students as needed.
2. Hỗ trợ học viên / Student Support:
- Trả lời câu hỏi học viên liên quan đến bài học, bài tập hoặc tài liệu.
Answer student inquiries related to lessons, assignments, or materials.
- Tổ chức nhóm học tập hoặc buổi ôn tập theo chỉ đạo.
Facilitate study groups or review sessions as assigned.
- Hỗ trợ dịch thuật tài liệu hoặc giao tiếp với học viên nước ngoài (nếu có).
Support document translation or communication with international students (if any).

Quản lý lớp học / Administrative Tasks:
- Điểm danh, theo dõi tiến độ học tập.
Take attendance, track student progress.
- Tổng hợp phản hồi của học viên, báo cáo định kỳ cho
giảng viên/
điều phối viên.
Collect feedback from students and report periodically to instructors/coordinator.
1. Trình độ & kỹ năng chuyên môn / Qualifications:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Tâm lý học (bắt buộc).
Bachelor's degree in Psychology (required).
- Sử dụng tiếng Anh thành thạo trong học thuật và giao tiếp (tối thiểu B2 - ưu tiên IELTS 6.5+).
Proficient in English for academic and communication purposes (minimum B2 - IELTS 6.5+ preferred).
- Có kiến thức nền tảng về các nhánh Tâm lý học: lâm sàng, giáo dục, phát triển, xã hội...
Familiar with core psychology domains: clinical, educational, developmental, social, etc.
2. Kỹ năng bổ trợ / Soft Skills:
- Giao tiếp và truyền đạt rõ ràng, chuyên nghiệp.
Effective and professional communication.
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, quản lý thời gian tốt.
Teamwork and time management skills.
- Chủ động, linh hoạt, sẵn sàng học hỏi và hỗ trợ.
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and support.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trợ giảng hoặc làm việc trong môi trường giáo dục.
Teaching assistant or education-related experience is a plus.
