Mô tả công việc
Assist in leading the daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring all booking requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
Manage room inventory, rate structures, market segments, and reservation systems to maximize revenue opportunities.
Prepare and analyze occupancy forecasts, booking trends, pick-up reports, and other revenue-related reports.
Support the implementation of revenue management strategies and maintain rate accuracy across all distribution channels.
Oversee reservation systems including Opera, CRS, Channel Manager, OTA extranets, and Revenue Management Systems.
Ensure exceptional guest service by handling inquiries, resolving reservation issues, and maintaining Hyatt service standards.
Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, Revenue Management, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Monitor reservation performance metrics, booking conversion, response times, and guest satisfaction indicators.
Analyze market demand, competitor activities, and booking patterns to identify revenue growth opportunities.
Supervise, coach, and develop Reservations team members, supporting recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, operational procedures, and company policies.

Yêu cầu
Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Revenue Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of hotel reservations experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role within an upscale hotel environment.
Solid understanding of hotel reservations operations and revenue management principles.
Proficient in Opera, Hyatt reservation systems, Channel Manager, Revenue Management Systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate a team.
Strong guest service, complaint handling, and conflict resolution skills.
