Why we're looking for you
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day tasks, enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities.
You'll do
Spanish Customer Support (40%):
Instruction and educate customers to help them get familiar with the product.
Communicate with customers to support case by case to figure out any problem while using GemPages
Provide customers with more knowledge to find further information to become better users of the product.
Strategic partnership management (50%):
Build and maintain strong relationships with a group of customers, partners, and networks assigned by BOD to collaborate, obtain information, promote referrals, get things done, and solve problems
Assist in organizing and coordinating partnership activities such as events, conferences, off-site meetings,...
Offering insights about the market and customers in decision-making processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to interact with customers and potential partners via social network channels
Administration (10%):
Manage complex calendars to support the CEO's schedule
Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects, presentations, or meetings.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

Bachelor's degree preferred
Fluent in Spanish
Good communication in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5)
Open for fresher candidate who is fluent in English and Spanish language
Or from +1 year' work experience as an Account Management, partnership, customer support,[protected info] similar role is an advantage
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skill
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work
