Position Purpose
The Accounting Intern will support the Finance Department in daily accounting and administrative tasks. This role is designed to provide exposure to hotel finance operations, compliance standards, and reporting procedures in a professional hospitality environment.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Assisting in classifying and filing reports. Highlighting to the supervisor if there is any discrepancy
Checking and Adjust daily credit card payments in PMS and POS systems to ensure correct recording
Issue invoices, prepare payments request to customers when required
Respond to inquiries from guests, customers regarding AR matters
Print month-end A/R: ensure the documents are correct, sufficient for sending to customers
Maintain up-to-date, organized filing systems for both income audit and accounts receivable records
Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu
Minimum of 03-month internship
Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work with different levels of team members.
Qualifications
Open to all candidates; if currently a student, must be studying Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
