Trách nhiệm chính:
- Quản lý và tối ưu hiệu quả hoạt động trucking (vận tải đường bộ, haulage container), đảm bảo tiết kiệm chi phí (cost optimization).
Manage and optimize trucking operations (road transportation, container haulage), ensuring cost efficiency and cost optimization.
- Điều phối và giám sát hoạt động vận tải hàng ngày (daily trucking operation).
Coordinate and supervise daily trucking operations to ensure smooth and efficient transportation.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban: Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Sales, Finance/Accounting để đảm bảo chuỗi cung ứng thông suốt.
Collaborate with Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Sales, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
- Quản lý và phát triển hệ thống vendor trucking: báo giá, hợp đồng, service level
Manage and develop the trucking vendor network, including quotations, contracts, and service level management.
Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và phát triển nhà cung cấp vận tải cạnh tranh (Source, evaluate, and develop competitive transportation vendors)
Đàm phán hợp đồng, báo giá, kiểm soát chi phí vận chuyển (Negotiate contracts and quotations while controlling transportation costs)
Quản lý chất lượng dịch vụ (service level) và duy trì mối quan hệ đối tác (Manage service quality (service levels) and maintain strong vendor relationships)

Quản lý dữ liệu vận tải trên TMS/ELSA system
Manage transportation data through the TMS/ELSA system.
- Lập báo cáo vận hành, đề nghị thanh toán, kiểm soát chi phí logistics
Prepare operational reports, process payment requests, and control logistics costs.
- Tham gia cải tiến quy trình vận hành logistics, nâng cao hiệu suất vận tải
Participate in improving logistics processes to enhance overall transportation efficiency.
- Thu nhập cạnh tranh: Lương cơ bản 20 - 25 triệu VNĐ (deal theo năng lực, không giới hạn) + Phụ cấp hấp dẫn
