• Truyền đạt các quy định lao động, nội quy công ty đến các nhân viên kho; đảm bảo các nhân viên kho tuân thủ và thực hiện đầy đủ; đề xuất các biện pháp xử lý các vi phạm đúng với quy định lao động, nội quy công ty;
Communicate labor regulations and company rules to warehouse employees; ensure that warehouse employees comply and fully implement; propose measures to handle violations in accordance with labor regulations and company rules;
• Kiểm tra, giám sát hoạt động của nhân viên kho, đảm bảo an toàn, sức khỏe, hiệu quả;
Inspect and supervise the operation of warehouse employees, ensure safety, health and efficiency;
• Lập lịch làm việc cho nhân viên kho; theo dõi chuyên cần; đề xuất làm việc ngoài giờ, nghỉ phép của nhân viên kho theo nhu cầu công việc của bộ phận và phù hợp với quy định lao động, nội quy công ty;
Schedule work for warehouse employees; monitor punctuality; propose overtime work, leave of warehouse employees according to the work needs of the department in accordance with labor regulations, company rules;
• Ghi nhận, phản ánh các vấn đề liên quan đến hiệu quả hoạt động của nhân viên kho;
Note, reflect issues related to the performance of warehouse employees;
• Giải quyết tranh chấp, xung đột, khiếu nại của nhân viên kho trong phạm vi công việc của bộ phận;
Settle disputes, conflicts and complaints of warehouse employees within the scope of the department's work;
• Kiểm tra hàng hóa trong kho (thành phẩm, nguyên vật liệu), đảm bảo hàng hóa được sắp xếp gọn gàng, ngăn nắp, đủ số lượng và đạt chất lượng,
Check the goods in the warehouse (finished products, materials), ensure the goods are arranged neatly, tidily, in sufficient quantity and of quality,
• Cập nhật vị trí lưu trữ hàng hóa trong kho dễ tìm, dễ thao tác nhập xuất.

• Đảm bảo hàng hóa nhập xuất đúng chủng loại, số lượng, chất lượng, tuân thủ nguyên tắc FIFO/FEFO.

• Kiểm tra tình trạng kho bãi, đảm bảo kho bãi luôn được vệ sinh, thông thoáng và an toàn. Đề xuất vị trí lưu trữ hàng hóa phù hợp, linh hoạt.
Check the status of the warehouse, make sure the warehouse is always clean, airy and safe. Recommend suitable and flexible storage locations.
• Kiểm tra, giám sát việc kiểm tra các thiết bị hoạt động trong kho. Đề xuất sửa chữa, thay thế khi cần thiết.
Inspect and supervise the checking of operating equipment in the warehouse. Recommend repairs and replacements as needed.
• Kiểm tra, giám sát các vật tư sử dụng trong kho. Đề xuất mua vật tư đầy đủ đáp ứng hoạt động của kho.
Inspect and supervise the supplies used in the warehouse. Propose to buy supplies fully meets the operation of the warehouse.
• Lập kế hoạch, thực hiện kiểm kê hàng hóa định kỳ.
Plan and carry out periodic inventory of goods.
• Báo cáo cấp trên các tình huống, sự cố bất thường xảy ra trong kho.
Report superiors on unusual situations and incidents occurring in the warehouse.
• Đề xuất các ý kiến cải tiến để hoạt động của kho được tốt hơn.
Propose improved ideas to make the operation of the warehouse better.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác trong phạm vi trách nhiệm theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
