2. Age: 23 - 35 years old.
3. Experience: Proven track record in sales within the mechanical or industrial products sectors.
4. Management Skills: Previous experience in team management is an advantage. High-potential Senior Sales candidates will be considered for a Team Leader fast-track program.
5. Language: Proficient in English (Mandatory). Capable of working directly with foreign clients.
