Receive product order list from related stores and departments, prepare and coordinate daily production plan, and carry out production to meet order quantity.
Manage inventory and stock level, and place purchase order of raw materials so that there are always enough inventory for production.
Manage backroom in a tidy and categorized manner according to AVN' FSH and 5S standard. Strictly follow FIFO rules for materials.
Report, communicate, and consult with superiors promptly in the event of unusual occurrences.
Prepare and coordinate for stock take activity, assure all materials are available for counting, prevent missing of stock during stock take.
Adhere to standard of food safety and hygine and Quality control in accordance with company policy.
Ensure operational equipment, lighting, and fixtures (gondolas, wagons, shelves, etc.) are in good condition and cleaned.
Ensure work area and backyard are clean and tidy according 5S standard.
Carry out fire safety procedure properly.
Prepare shift plan and daily working schedule for the in charge team.
Propose for manpower planning to adapt with production plan of the team in consideration of productivity and efficiency.
Monitor performance of the team, identify weakness of each staff and propose with Managers for enhancing training or education for them. Monitor awareness of staff in compliance with company regulations and correct their action as well as behavior.
