Mô tả công việc
• Manage, organize, and train the PTC team more professionally and effectively
• Establish and lead the PTC team to achieve the department's KPIs goals in terms of productivity, machine downtime and machine improvement
• Provide the improvement solutions and upgrade machinery to support production for better perfomance to achieve the productivity increasing, reduce scrap, B&C and material loss.
• Participate in R&D projects for new products to improve quality and save finished goods cost.
• Take care of all technical items related to factory projects.
* Working conditions:
- Workplace: Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City).
- Working hour: [protected info] (Monday - Friday)
Yêu cầu
• Graduated from Technical University, major Automation/Mechatronics/Electrica, Industrial system Engineering;
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience and related field;
• Languages: English Good communication.
- Skill:
• Management Communication.
• Strong strategic & planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication, coordination & integration skills.
