Mô tả công việc
Handle inbound tour bookings from the sales team or international partners.
Prepare detailed itineraries and cost estimates, and provide quotations to partners/clients.
Coordinate with service providers: hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, attractions, and tour guides.
Monitor service delivery to ensure quality standards and commitments are met.
Provide support and resolve any issues arising during the tours.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with partners and service providers.
Oversee post-tour procedures including reconciliation, payments, and reporting.
Keep records and evaluate service quality after each group/tour.
Contribute ideas and assist in planning strategies for the development of the operations department.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound tour operations.
Solid knowledge of destinations and travel services in Vietnam as well as inbound procedures.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English (other foreign languages are an advantage).
Good time management skills; detail-oriented and well-organized.
