A trusted and popular brand in Vietnam's F&B industry, operating with the main business function of developing food, food and beverage (F&B) systems, with office in District 1, HCMC needs to recruit the following position:
Position: Head of HR - Admin
Department: Human Resources & Admin
Report directly to: HR Director
Report indirectly to: Chief Executive Officer
SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
1. As a key member leadership team, the HEAD OF HR ADMIN is responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of human resources for the company through the implementation of appropriate and effective personnel policies.
2. In accordance with D1 Concepts policies and procedures in managing human resources.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Work with Admin - HR Department:
Establish organizational structure and personal policies
- Consider and build a titile system, job description, power and responsibility of each position.
- Set annual staffing limits. Set up human resource development strategy
- Consulting, building personnel policies (regulations, collective agreement, reward policy, discipline, culture activites...) to attract and keep human resource.
- Develop processes, new regulations or correct, improve processes, unsuitable regulations.
- Supvise the implementation of policies, process, human resource management regulations.
Recruitment
- Develop and expand channels to attract candidates, candidate data.
- Predict, proposal and recruitment budget.
- Develop an annual recruitment plan, plan annual concentrate recruitment.
- Organize the recruitment according to the plans and request arises.
- Evaluate and store candidates profile for recruitment.
- Instruct new employees, evaluate probation.
- Summary of recruitment result report.
Human Resource Management
- Consulting the signing of labor contracts related to personnel.
- Consulting and coordinating to appoint, dismiss, assign and transfer personnel.
- Human resource records management.
- Apply appropriate and accurate personnel assessment measures to obtain suitable proposals.
- Maintain, strengthen personnel relationships, resolve internal conflicts, enhance cohesion and compliance of employees.
- Coordinate grassroots trade unions to exchange and reconcile the interests of employees with the Company, protect the legal interests of the Company and employees.
Training and developing team capacity
- Collaborate with the training department to set up a training system
- Proposing a training program for employees
- Proposing a training program for employees
- Coordinate with Training Department to deploy training programs
- Coordinate departments to evaluate the effectiveness of training and staff development after the course
- Training employees, unlock interviews Restaurant Management, Kitchen Management
Manage salaries, bonuses, personnel compensation, reward and discipline policies
- Develop a scale of payroll, allowances, benefits and benefits in accordance with the market situation and the competitiveness of the industry.
- Coordinate with Accounting Department in management, payment of bonuses, allowances and remuneration for employees
- Managing and implementing the compulsory insurance regime for employees.
- Participate in labor discipline
- Organize periodic health examination for staff
Develop company culture
- Consulting on building corporate culture to support the implementation of the company's strategy and activities
- Develop and implement programs to develop organizational culture.
- Perform internal communication, communication system personnel team
Administrators
- Manage document archives
- Manage dispatch and arrival
- Seal management
- Logistics and reception work
- Supervise, manage office supplies, medical...
- Organize hostess, receptionists.
- Supervise, manage fleet.
- Organize security office
- Supervise, manage security guards.
2. Work with other departments:
- Connect and coordinate with other departments to solve common tasks quickly and effectively
3. Other tasks:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by CEO and the Board of Directors.
