Mua is seeking a Sales Manager that has a drive to be an integral part of developing the growth of our brand and is inspired by product innovation.
Who are you?
You're a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in the alcohol or F&B industry, combining strategic thinking with hands-on market expertise. Your ability to build and nurture key relationships, from wholesalers to team members, is second to none. You excel at developing and executing long-term sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive innovation and growth. You possess a data-driven approach to decision-making and a talent for training and motivating high-performing teams that sets you apart. You're equally comfortable presenting to leadership as you are working in the field, and your passion for the F&B or alcoholic beverage industry fuels your drive to achieve and exceed sales and pricing goals.
The types of customers you will frequently liaise with include wholesale distributors, export partners, on-trade (bars, restaurants, hotels) and MT & GT (retail stores, supermarkets CVS, online). Develop a sales plan that is appropriate to the actual conditions of the market. The sales plan should include targets for sales, market share, profits, sales strategies, budgets ETC.
Build go-to-market strategies and initiatives to drive the company's long-term goals.
Work the trade in key markets to identify strengths and biggest areas of opportunity.
Build influential relationships with key wholesaler partners, ontrade accounts, export partners ETC.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges, and then propose solutions to improve sales performance.
Produce compelling and creative presentations to help educate our partners on our brands, marketing initiatives, new items, training, product knowledge ETC.
Work with management and brewery on developing the demand plan, inventory tracking, keg & sales management, active keg depletions.
Coordinate with the trade marketing department to develop promotions, brand awareness, events, budgets and POSM management.
Build out comprehensive sales bonus goals for the sales team.
Train and develop the team to high-performing distributors and people managers.

Education
Degree or bachelor equivalence in sales & marketing, hospitality or business management.
Requirements
Ambitious and sales driven mindset
Age from 30 to 40
3-5 years sales experience for distribution of beer, wine, spirits or consumer goods (FMCG)
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
The ability to influence people
High-level sales and negotiation skills
The ability to create budgets and sales reports
Team leadership skills and the ability to inspire other staff
Strong organizational and planning skill
