1 Planning and implementing a sales strategy (setting up monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets).2 Finding and expanding company's customer base and ensuring its strong presence.3 Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.4 Analyzing and evaluating domestic market and competitors to publish the solution and activity case by case and time by time.5 Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the Flooring Domestics Sales Team.6 Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the BOD.7 Keeping close communication with all departments in company for smooth operation with one duty developing DWVN going up.8 Other responsibilities shall be followed to assignment by the manager.

1 Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.2 3-5 years experience as Senior Sales Associate or
Sales Manager in flooring production (wood flooring is preferred).3 Excellent leadership, forecasting and setting sales goals ability.4 Strong oral and written communication skills.5 Proficiency in MS Office.6 Being able to communicate in English is an advantage.
