About Smartscore
Smartscore is a technology company in the global golf industry. We currently lead the way in digitalizing the golfer experience in Korea. However, we aim to achieve further and reach out to the world. We deploy innovative technology that connects golfers with more than 400 golf courses globally. There are currently about 40,000 golf courses and 61 million golfers worldwide.
As of June 2023, we have established a subsidiary in Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines and are planning to enter the major SEA countries, China, and Taiwan.
That's where you come in.
As a Global Business Team Manager, you will act as the daily face of our company to our global partner channel. You will be accountable for navigating sales from potential partners in digitalizing their golf courses, focused mainly on our golf IT solution and services. Your key objective will be to broaden coverage and quality of Smartscore's partnership network through keen business intelligence.
Responsibilities:
Contact new or potential partners to encourage participation in the digitalization of golf courses
Onboard and manage relationships with existing and potential Smartscore partners
Engage closely with foreign golf courses and build partnerships in commerce
Demonstrate consultative sales skills to reinforce high level interactions with global golf courses
Prioritize daily tasks, monitor sales results and track advancements in the Smartscore global network
Identify market opportunities through industry analysis and intelligence
Take bold initiative and have cross functional teamwork capability

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or equivalent degree
Basic computer and business analysis skills
Self-motivated and result-driven
Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling
Experience in global services: business strategy planning/business development/market research/customer management etc.
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to speak and write in English and Vietnamese fluently
Availability for overseas travel
Bachelor's or equivalent degree
