• Build a KPI system to evaluate the performance of each employee
• Check the workload and level of completion of employees
• Propose plans to improve work performance
• Make reports as required by the General Director
• Develop and implement human resource strategies in line with the overall business strategy in each stage of the company's development
• Be a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees; understand the thoughts and aspirations of the company's employees. Responsible for advising the Board of Directors on human resource decisions
• Develop policies, regulations and manage human resource-related activities.
• Assess needs, develop training plans, and orient short-term/medium-term/long-term team development. Develop and propose appropriate training programs for resource development and integration training needs.

- University degree or higher in business administration, human resource management...
- At least 05 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in Chinese/English communication
- Able to work under pressure
