Job Description
Organize and manage the performance of revenue, costs and profits by product, customer segment, business unit and business model.
Lead the development of periodic and ad hoc management reporting systems; analyze business performance and provide recommendations to the Bank's leadership to support decision-making.
Organize the preparation of plans and forecasts for revenue, costs and business performance for each period.
Direct the monitoring, measurement and evaluation of the financial performance of programs, business models and projects.
Manage the extraction and analysis of financial data; control the quality of reports provided to the Bank's leadership and the leadership of the Finance and Accounting Division.
Manage, assign tasks to, train and develop the team members within the department.
Perform other duties as required by the leadership of the Finance and Accounting Division.
Job requirements
Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Auditing or Banking, with at least a Good classification. Knowledge of financial management is required; knowledge of banking products and operations is preferred. International certifications such as CFA, ACCA or CMA are preferred.
English Proficiency:
TOEIC score above 700 or an equivalent certificate.
Other Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, SQL, VBA, and BI tools; skilled in data visualization and dashboard development.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position and 10 years of experience in Finance. In-depth expertise in FP&A or BF, or experience in financial or business analysis at large enterprises, banks and credit institutions, or in financial consulting or auditing, is preferred.
