Mô tả công việc

- Has a superficial knowledge of Import and Export
- Plan, direct and coordinate all organization's operations
- Be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
- High organizational skills and ability to manage many projects at the same time.
- Handling special projects for customers.
- Supervise and backup jobs of other staff and train new staff.
- Following other tasks based on the requirements of Director

Yêu cầu

- Graduated from University in major Foreign Trade; Import and export; International Business Administration
- In-depth knowledge of Foreign Trade, Import-Export, Procurement.
- English Proficiency in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing (direct contact with customers and overseas agents)
- At least 3-year experience as OPS Manager/ Documentation Manager
- Proven capability of leadership, administration and organization
- Good negotiation and communication & decision-maker skills
