We are seeking an experienced TT Sales Manager to lead and expand our Traditional business nationwide.
This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor accounts, developing sales strategies, and leading the TT sales team.
1. Job Responsibilities
• Maximizing Sell-In and Sell-Out in the TT channel (primarily southern region)
• Planning/Developing/Executing Monthly sales promotions,
• Start business with new customers (if needed),
• Supervising and managing
sales supervisors and sales representatives in provinces, Sales budget and performance management
• Other relevant tasks that be assigned by General Manager
2. Hierarchy
• Affiliation: TT Sales Section, Sales Dept.
• Direct Superior: Japanese board members
• Reporting Lines: Japanese board members
• Team Structure: Approximately 20 supervisors, approximately 100 Sales representatives
- Education level: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
• At least 2 years' experience as a GT/TT Sales manager to cover South region (including HCMC) in Food/Beverage/ Confectionery manufacturing company with strong relationships with multiple major Vietnamese Distributor.

- Bonus: Based on individual performance evaluations in January (in principle, employees who joined the company before June 30 of the previous year are eligible for payment), paid in two installments (January, June).
Working Time & place:
- From Mon to Fri, 8:00 to 5:00pm (Time break: 12:00 - 13:00)
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City and 02 working days/week in Long An Factory. Company will arrange the shuttle bus from HCM to Long An for employee
- Probation : 2 months with 85% Basic salary
