- Support Customer Service Manager to set goals, short-term and long-term strategic plan to achieve the target, aligning with company's development strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of the organization&039;s customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives.

Support to Customer Service Manager
- Be a bridge to make closely communication among Customer service and Warehouse, Logistic
- Provide strategic plan to give acknowledge for all staff in the department
- Make weekly, monthly, quarterly report
- Monitor ordering operation to ensure smoothly of process
- Support Customer Service Manager to lead and supervise the creation/ execution of the department's work plans and ensure departmental goals are met in accordance with the overall strategic direction of the company.
- Monitor and control budget to minimize cost in order to implement supply chain process
- Support Customer Service Manager to set goals, short-term and long-term strategic plan to achieve the target, aligning with company's development strategies.
- Handle issue, provide solution as well as consult to Customer Service Manager to fix problem (time delivery, product quality)
- Work with Logistic manager, Warehouse manager to ensure emplement the plan
- Oversee all aspects of the organization&039;s customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives. Make restructure proposal to give optimization of organization&039;s department
Other assignment task:
- Submit document to get approval from BOD
- Be a participant and make minute meeting report related with Supply chain function
- Manage, arrange schedule for Customer Service Manager
