Audit and assurance (70%)
- Report to Manager/Director
- Supervise, motivate, and develop the team of junior audit staff
- Liaise with FDI clients or company directors
- Be responsible for training, managing, and reviewing the work of junior personnel
- The role of the Audit Senior is to plan and execute risk-based audits for the business
- Conduct audit engagement from planning through to completion
Non-audit (30%)
- Provide all of the following services to our FDI clients as
senior staff- Review of tax returns
- Be in charge of bookkeeping engagement
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Auditing, Accounting, Finance or Banking from National Economic University, Academy of Finance, Academy of Banking, or Foreign Trade University would be preferable;
- Minimum of consecutive three-year experience in "auditing firm"
- Vietnamese CPA Certificate is preferable.
- Exceptional analytical ability and experience in making recommendations
- Experience as aud
it team leader and experience of bookkeeping.
- Having experience working with Japanese managers/clients is a plus
- Experience in accounting, taxation is preferable
- Good command in accounting software (FAST, MISA...) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel and Word and Outlook);
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Good command of English (writing, reading, speaking and listening);
- Capability to supervise, lead and inspire members of staff
