Việc làm Business Development Specialist

Mô tả công việc

Job Responsibilities
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deal negotiations and finalization of contracts
- Respond to queries from potential clients/customers in supporting business development interactions
- Provide basic analysis to research/feasibility studies/market scan to reinforce conclusions to market research
- Execute activities related to Business Development workforce capability and client/customer data management
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Support the execution of improvement initiatives to Business Development processes and ways of working to drive effectiveness and minimize redundancy
- Conduct research/feasibility studies/market scan to gain better understanding of the latest market opportunities/trends
- Support the execution of Business Unit-wide expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
- Assist in meetings and material preparation to facilitate negotiations with potential clients/customers. Support contract renegotiations with existing clients

Yêu cầu công việc

Education
- Diploma in Business Studies/Business Management preferred
Functional skills and knowledge
- Demonstrate basic client and customer account management skills
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English
- Proven proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Work experience
- Up to two years&039; experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing, business development related work
