Mô tả công việc
- Report directly to Supervisor.
- Implement 5S, Line Balancing, Quick Change Over in Lean Sewing Line.
- Transfer technical document, SOP, WI, check list to related department after projects completed.
- Build & manage Kaizen Events, Best Practice Sharing.
- Find the improvement opportunities by analyzing data.
- Organize daily meeting to track on the progress & make sure tasks complete on time.
- Build Project charters and suggest to CI Manager.
- Ensure staffs comply discipline.
- Collaborate with Automation Team to run improvement projects.
- Ensure Appraisal Form was completed monthly.
- Support Lean Trainer to train Lean Tools.
- Build Gantt Chart & assign tasks to CI staffs.
Yêu cầu
- Ms. Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Lean 6 Sigma: Yellow Belt (is a plus).
- English: IELTS = 4.0 (is a plus).
- Background: Garment & Textile, Industrial Management, Chemistry.
