1. Job Description

Develop and implement the company's technology strategy to align with business goals.
Identify emerging technology trends and ensure the company remains competitive.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert technical advice and solutions to ensure that proposed solutions meet clients' business objectives and technical requirements.
Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and applications.
Oversee the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance technology solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.
Ensure all technical documentation is thorough and up-to-date.
Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage the recruitment, development, and retention of top technical talent.

2. Job requirements:

Proven experience as CTO or senior technology leadership role, preferably within an IT outsourcing company.
Strong background in system design, architecture, and development;
Demonstrated ability to advise clients on technical solutions and deliver high-quality results;
Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams;
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges;
Knowledge of the latest technology trends and best practices in the IT industry;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English;
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
