- Working hours: 8.30 Am to 5.30 pm
- Basic salary: from 3,000,000 VND to 5,000,000 VND per month /or Documentation Trainee: from 5,000,000 VND to 7,000,000 VND per month

We are looking for a DOCUMENTATION INTERN/TRAINEE to join our Documentation team at our Vietnam Representative Office located on Ly Nam De Str., Hoan Kiem dist.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to maximize productivity and ensure deadlines are met according to company procedures
• Manage tasks delegated by the line manager
• Obtain required information to generate and timely send documentation to clients in accordance with SOP
• Assist with documentation processing and monitoring to support client needs
• Research and review data, identify deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities to ensure accurate documents
• Oversee the status of shipments and take appropriate actions (i.e: identify issues, interact with relevant parties, track, trace, and follow-up promptly)
• Maintain files/records of import/export shipment documentation.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks, i.e. research, email...
• Demonstrate a commitment to client confidentiality
• Fresh graduates/ final year students/ career changers majoring in business-related fields
• Excellent command of English (Reading and Writing)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining strict attention to detail and accuracy
• Capacity to work independently, completing assignments within given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach to improving efficiency for yourself, your team, and our users
