• Lead, counsel and coach business leaders for interactions with media and other external stakeholders
• Sponsor, identify and oversee external and executive communications initiatives and opportunities that drive positive perception for PepsiCo's Products, aLead Corporate Media Relations strategy
• Lead, counsel and coach business leaders and team members on all government advocacy to safeguard PepsiCo products and business
• Lead the full compliance of regulatory requirement covering permits/licenses/approvals for the facility operation and it business in CU and across an increasing number of manufacturing facilities
• Create and implement new government advocacy platforms, industry coalitions, campaigns and solutions as government legislation proposals enter previously "unchartered territory"
• Lead the PP/GA and environmental excellence advocacy agenda for PepsiCo across all areas: own and drive the defense of the business with government stakeholders especially in the areas of plastic waste management, water stewardship, sustainable agriculture, taxation, and health/wellness
Drive Future Success
• Sponsor and oversee business sustainability activities - including NGO partnerships, private-public partnerships and internal employee volunteering initiatives - that enhance external reputation and advance internal employee engagement
• Own the seamless combination, integration and functional stewardship for the functions of Corporate Communications, environmental excellence, and PP/GA
• Be a pivotal partner with PepsiCo partner to ensure value-add to their Corporate Affairs efforts as well as consistency with the interests of PepsiCo
