Professional Knowledge
Standard 1: Know the Students and How They Learn
Teachers know their students well, including their diverse linguistic, cultural and religious backgrounds.
Teachers know how to structure their lessons to meet the physical, social and

Standard 2: Know the Content and How to Teach It

A teacher who is passionate, authentic and loves learning. Teachers need to have a love of teaching, but also a love of learning. Children will respond well to someone who is passionate about teaching and helping them learn.
A teacher who is a good communicator. Teachers and educators need to be able to communicate with children in a way that is age-appropriate. It is also important to develop skills in communicating with families about their children&039;s skills, abilities and achievements to provide the best learning experiences for their child.
A teacher who is creative and energetic. The key to being a quality educator is being able to think outside the box to develop and deliver great learning outcomes for all children in a teacher's care. This is important as teachers need skills to engage children and families in a number of ways. An energetic and creative teacher or educator will help children stay positive about learning every day. Learning should always be fun and laughter can often help children learn.

Yêu cầu

Experience with using Google App suite.
Familiarity and experience in Vietnam for 1 year or more, preferred.
General digital literacy skills including powerpoint and google slides.
Degree / diploma qualification in early childhood education.
Translation of Vietnamese educational materials into English, preferred.
Native level English language skills.
Recent Early Years / KG / Nursery teaching experience (at least 2 years preferred).
