CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Join Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam as an ERP Project Manager, leading ERP implementation and modernization projects for clients in manufacturing, distribution and logistics.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
Manage project scope, schedule, effort, cost, risks and customer requirements.
Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle: fit-gap analysis, configuration, data migration, integration, SIT/UAT, training, cutover and post-go-live support.
Provide software proposals and project estimation.
Review key project documents (BRD, FSD, test plan, data migration and cutover plans).
Lead cross-functional teams of functional consultants, BAs, developers and testers; assign tasks and manage project resources.
Manage change requests, scope, risks and commercial/contractual impact.
Coordinate with customers, third-party vendors, product partners and customer IT teams.
Report project progress, issues, risks and solutions to the Department Head.
YÊU CẦU:
Must have:
University degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or related fields.
5+ years of experience, including 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Developer in Finance, Accounting, Logistics or Supply Chain.
Practical experience with at least one ERP: SAP S/4HANA/ECC, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo or Infor.
Good understanding of Finance/Accounting and/or Logistics/Supply Chain processes.
Experience in project planning, requirement, risk and quality management.
Experience with software development processes and KPI management (CMMI, Agile, etc.).
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and client-oriented skills.
Nice to have:
Japanese language skills or experience with Japanese companies/clients.
Experience working on-site in Japan.
Knowledge of VAS, IFRS or GAAP; banking/finance experience.
Experience with data migration from MISA, Fast, Bravo or other local accounting systems to global ERP platforms.
Experience integrating ERP with MES, WMS, CRM or e-invoice systems.
PMP, PRINCE2 or ERP platform certification.
Able to work under tight schedules.
