Mô tả công việc
- Own the end-to-end design process for BettaMax's seller-facing platform: from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes to design handoff and QA.
- Design intuitive, conversion-optimized interfaces for key product areas: store builder, product management, order dashboard, fulfillment tracking, payment settings, and analytics.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system (components, tokens, patterns) that ensures visual consistency across web and mobile apps (iOS & Android).
- Improve the storefront template library and customization experience, helping sellers build beautiful, high-converting stores with minimal effort.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and validate design decisions with real seller feedback.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into polished, implementable designs.
- Design responsive experiences that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
- Contribute to the visual design of marketing pages, onboarding flows, and in-app guidance to improve seller activation and retention.
Yêu cầu
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design for web and/or mobile products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design and UX problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and Design System management.
- Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, interaction design, responsive design, and usability principles.
- Excellent visual design skills in typography, layout, spacing, color, and component-based design.
- Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend implementation constraints.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of product features.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday.
- Schedule: Morning: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM ; Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM
