Unity Engineer - Mid to Senior Level

About the Role
Join a professional game development studio working on
international game projects
. We are looking for a
Mid to Senior Unity Engineer with strong experience in Unity and C# game development.
Experience with Unity WebGL is highly preferred.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and implement Unity game features from prototype to production
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient C# code
Take ownership of assigned features and technical components
Optimize Unity projects for
WebGL
, including performance and memory usage
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
Work closely with art, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth integration
Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards
Contribute to improving development workflows and tools
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional Unity development experience for Mid-level; 5+ years preferred for Senior-level
Strong hands-on experience with Unity and C#
Experience developing and shipping at least one Unity game
Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
Experience with Unity WebGL is highly preferred
Experience with Godot is a plus
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Good English communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Overseas education or international experience is a plus
This position is fully on-site at our office
