Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute multi-channel
Trade Marketing strategies to optimize in-store performance and ensure alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to implement promotional programs; monitor execution and measure effectiveness to ensure optimal quality and performance.
• Conduct field market surveys, including in-store execution tracking, competitor activities monitoring, and capturing current market trends.
• Generate ideas and develop plans for marketing materials such as gifts, signage, and POSM; coordinate with relevant departments on monthly budgeting for procurement and storage.
• Closely manage and control Marketing materials and Trade Marketing assets (gifts, leaflets, signage, POSM, documents), ensuring strict compliance with inbound-outbound and inventory management procedures.
• Organize and coordinate large-scale activations with high customer attendance, as well as company-wide or regional key events.
• Manage the Trade Marketing budget, ensuring accurate and efficient investment while flexibly reallocating resources across campaign phases.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure Trade Marketing activities effectively support and amplify the overall marketing strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, enhancing collaboration efficiency and performance.
• Plan and evaluate team performance to drive quality standards and professional capability development among team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within the Food, Pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries (experience in Mother & Baby products or the food sector is a strong advantage).
• Hands-on experience working directly at points of sale or managing retail-related marketing activities.
• Strong analytical skills with an in-depth understanding of market dynamics and consumer trends.
• Professional skills in campaign planning, organization, and execution.
• Proven experience in budget management and effective resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and with external partners.
• Proactive, agile, and able to respond quickly to market changes and adjust strategies when necessary.
• Male candidates aged 28-35.
• Proficient in spoken English and office applications.
• Willing and able to travel for extended periods.
