Dear all, INOAC VIETNAM (Japanese company) is hiring 01 HR Staff, details as below:
Contract Type: 8 months contract (Replace maternity staff)
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible for full process of recruitment activities: Mass recruit for Production site (Workers) and Non - mass recruit for Back office (Staffs, Engineers....)
- Supports to implement and follow up training plan.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Employee relation: Do exit interview and resignation procedures.
- Social Insurances: Implement social insurances for the branch.
- In charge in CSR (Corporate social responsibility) activities: Customer Audit; CSR self - assessment and others related.
- Weekly/ Monthly reports (Recruitment, Resignation...)
- Other job is assigned by the Manager
**SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Salary: Negotiate, Annual salary revision based on performance.
