* Key duties and responsibilities:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans covering specific FV's Centres of Excellence and other assigned specialties. This role supports the Brand & Communication Manager in promoting key medical specialties, enhancing patient awareness, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.
1. Products/ Specialty Marketing & Planning
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for assigned specialties.
Work closely with Head of Departments, doctors, nurses, medical specialists... to identify key services, target audiences, and value propositions.
Prepare communication and marketing briefs, oversee creative production (press releases, articles, videos, key visuals, collateral....), and coordinate with relevant internal functions and agencies for campaign implementation.
2. Campaign Execution & Performance
Manage the integrated marketing campaigns implementation across digital, offline, and event-based platforms.
Monitor campaign results, analyse performance metrics, and report insights for optimisation.
Manage assigned marketing budget responsibly and ensure timely project delivery.
3. Internal & External Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (corporate communication,
digital marketing, content and creative, client solutions & consultancy,
business development, relevant functions) and agencies to ensure message alignment.
Coordinate with internal departments (medical office, nursing, front office, OPD, patient experience, legal, patient finance...) for consistent communication.
Liaise with agencies, media partners, and vendors for production and execution.
4. Target Audiences & Market Insights, Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular talk with medical staff and patients to understand patient needs; and observe industry trends, together with competitor positioning.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve products/ specialty marketing strategies and executions.
5. Content & Collateral Development
Coordinate and support the production of marketing materials, including POSM, brochures, sales kits, publications, and other promotional collateral.
* Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with doctors, medical staff, cross-functional teams, and patients
Proficient in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
* Experience:
5 years+ of experience in marketing (brand,
trade marketing...) of healthcare, pharmacy, or service industry.
A hospital marketing experience is a plus
* Skills and knowledge:
Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
Strong project management and coordination skills. Able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with doctors, medical staff, cross-functional teams, and patients
Creative mindset with a genuine interest in healthcare communication.
Supportive & teamwork spirit.
Hard working and willing to handle challenging tasks.
Willing to work over weekend if necessary.
Negotiation skill.
Microsoft office fluency (Word, Excel, PPT).
Familiar with multimedia applications (Canva, Capcut, AI, Photoshop...).
