Mô tả công việc
• Plan approaches, sales calls and meeting with potential clients taking into consideration specific needs and requirements of the account
• Prepare quotation and proposal to prospects;
• Be aware of competitor activities and adapt tactics to meet market/account demands. Actively prospect and leverage potential new clients. Maintain and develop existing customers
• Achieve the set Sales targets.
• Follow up the company working process and satisfy needs of customers:
• Cooperate with sales team and other teams for the smooth running of sales department. Providing precise information regarding client requirements and our solutions;..
• Update sales activities to Country Manager in a regular basic.
• Develope customer line according to the company's orientation, when the company has specific requirements.
• Handle and turn around objections, propose value and foster partnership with clients in the daily work; Cultivate strong, long-term relationship with key decision makers within the account;
• Develope the relationship with shipping lines, other FWDs, Oversea Agents to get the competitive price, good services and exchange the cargo with them to enrich the source of customers and increase profit

Yêu cầu công việc
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• With 3-5 year experience in sea freight forwarding is preferable
• Good communicate with carrier & client.
• With Solid business would be first priority
• Must have shipping knowledge for triangle business with good communicate with overseas agent
